I am so ready for the Crossfit Open to be over!

I get so nervous before I do the workout and I don’t know why!!! Anyone else feel this way?

Anywho, here is workout 14.4!

14 minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible):
60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots, 14 lb.
30 cleans, 95 lb.
20 muscle-ups

I got 127.  Not too bad, not too great.  I was hoping to get all the way thru the wall balls but was only able to get 17.  50 toes to bars in a row killed me.  I started out doing 5 in row but had to drop down to the 3 in row and just chipped at it but it took up a lot of my time though.

What did you guys get?

What is the right way to plank?



On your hands?



Or on your forearms?

Personally, I feel more burn on my forearms.

But is there a right way?  I think if you are up and moving and working your body, then that is the right way!!!
