Now I like a little bit of carbs in the morning to get my day going, so I’m always on the look out for healthy muffins or breads.



This pumpkin zucchini bread from Ambitious Kitchen, fits the bill.  Full of whole wheat flour, shredded zucchini, and pumpkin puree (with a little bit of chocolate thrown in for good measure) they are great way to start your day.  I made them into muffins, because you know portion control.  And at 153 calories a muffins they can’t be beat.  Trust me you will love them.
