Last of the Crossfit Open!!! And it was very bittersweet for me! I threw my back out doing thrusters last Tuesday and couldn’t stand up straight for 3 days and then when I heard the open WOD was thrusters I was soooo bummed!

Don’t get me wrong I’m very competitive, but being a single mom with three little ones to take care I have to make sure I can pick up babies before doing a ton of thrusters!!!

So this week I had to take a 0.  Big bummer.

WOD of the Week

Workout 14.5

For time
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
Thrusters, 65 lb.

You end up doing 84 thrusters and 84 burpees!  Talk about a workout.  When my back feels a little better I’m still going to try and finish it.

This workout can be easily modified by using less weights or done easily at home using hand weights.
