Here’s a quick little workout to get the blood flowing (and the my mind working!) first thing in the morning!

Before you get in the shower:

Do 50 jumping jacks

Then do 25 push ups

Next do 25 air squats

Followed by jogging in place for 90 seconds

Then finish with 50 more jumping jacks.

Great way to start your morning!!!
