Jump rope! Everyone has a jump rope right?

Let’s put it to good use with this featured workout of the week!

Start of by doing just a basic jump for one minute.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Then land on alternate feet at you jump rope.  Land on your right foot, then your left foot.  Keep going for one minute.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Next try a double jump.  Try to swing the rope around you twice.  Do this for one minute.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Next do 10 basic jumps, then 10 alternating foot jumps.  Do for one minute.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Then do a knee raise jump.  Just like the alternating foot jump, except this time bring your knee high. Do for one minute.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Cash out: Jump for 5 minutes (or longer if you can!)

You will be surprised how a jump rope can give you a great workout!  You will be huffing by the end!  I promise!
