My family and I traveled to Salt Lake City last weekend to attend my cousin’s wedding (congratulations Craig and Stephanie!)

But traveling is no excuse not to work out!  Most hotels have some sort of gym where you can at least get some cardio in, but with three little ones and no one to babysit I needed to find something to do in my hotel room.  So I came up with this great little workout that uses no equipment, but it really got my heart pumping.  It took me about 17 minutes to complete.

Do 5 pushups.

Then 10 air squats.

10 V ups (or regular sit ups)

Then 10 burpees.

Repeat 10 times.

I started off doing 10 pushups but was only able to do one round that way.  After the 10 burpees, 10 pushups is a lot!

If you are die hard go for it!
