Remember this WOD?  Everyone should really invest in a jump rope.  Sometimes it’s really difficult to make it to the gym (you know, being a single mom with three kids and all!)

Here’s a quick a easy work out you can do at home!  (Last time I did it, I gave my daughter a piece of paper and she kept a tally of my rounds for me!)

100 single unders or 50 double unders

25 airquats

25 push ups

Hold a plank for 1 minute

Repeat 5 times.

This little WOD is great.  It gets your heart pumping and cardio going with the jump rope, then works your legs with the air squats, works your arms with the push ups, and works your core with the plank!
