So summer vacation is in full swing at my house.  What about yours?

My house is CRAZY!!! so much so that I am really looking forward to the gym everyday (free childcare, woohoo!) to get a little breather.

A few weeks ago my gym did MURPH is honor of a fallen soldier. It is a crazy WOD which consists of

Run 1 mile

100 pull ups

200 pushups

300 air squats

Run 1 mile

I know, insane right?  It took me 42:16 to complete, which wasn’t bad in my opinion.  I broke up the middle chunk of pull ups, pushups, and air squats by doing 20 rounds of 5-10-15.  You can make this a little easier by not doing the whole middle chunk (for example only do 10 rounds of 5-10-15).

My arms were sore for days…..
