So I’ve decided to rename my WOD of the week…..since workout of the day of the week doesn’t make much sense….so WOW it is!!

Work Out of the Week!

This week’s workout comes from the September Issue of Family Circle magazine.

It seems now a days every one has a problem with their posture!  From working at a computer all, driving the carpool all day long, or hunched over our phones, all of us could use some help when it comes to our posture.

This week that  is exactly what we are going to work on!

Air squatsimgres-1Do three sets of 10.  Remember to get below parallel with a full crease in your hip for a nice deep squat.

Push ups



Do three sets of 5.

Walking Lunges



Do three sets of 10.

Try to do this little workout 1-2 times a week and your posture should be back on track in no time!
